Caribbean Shrimp with Brown Rice Recipe






Makes 4 servings.

Need.......
12 oz frozen shrimp
½ cup unsalted chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced tomatoes

Hot cooked brown rice

Add everything except peas, tomatoes, and rice to the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for two hours. Add peas and tomatoes. Cover and cook on high five minutes. Stir in the rice, cover again, and cook for an additional five minutes.
