Crustless Bacon Quiche Breakfast Paleo Diet Recipe for Weight Loss

The most important meal of the day, and who am I to say? Eating a satisfying and healthy meal definitely seems like a great way to start the day, especially if it tastes great. These breakfast recipes definitely qualify. This relatively quick quiche is easy to whip up because you don’t have to make a crust for it.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

1 pound bacon, raw 6 large eggs
1 medium onion, diced
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

Directions

1st. Preheat oven to 425 F.

2nd.Cook the bacon until crisp in a large skillet, draining it on a paper towel.

3rd.When cool, chop the bacon into pieces.

4th. Put the bacon pieces and onions into a greased pie plate.

5th. Beat the eggs and coconut milk together in a bowl, and then pour them into the pie plate and mix them with the bacon and onions.

6th. Bake for 25 minutes and then reduce the temperature in the oven to 325 F. Cover the dish with foil and then bake for an extra 10-15 minutes until the center is set.

7th. Remove the dish from the oven and let it sit, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

8th. Slice as you serve it.
