Omelet Muffins Breakfast Paleo Diet Recipe for Weight Loss

The most important meal of the day, and who am I to say? Eating a satisfying and healthy meal definitely seems like a great way to start the day, especially if it tastes great. These breakfast recipes definitely qualify.



Easy and hearty muffins, without using regular flour. They take only about 35 minutes to prepare, including the cooking time.

Servings: 8 muffins 
Preparation Time: 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: 20 minutes 

Ingredients 

8 Eggs
8 Ounces cooked ham, crumbled
1 Cup diced red bell pepper
1 Cup diced onion
¼ Teaspoon salt
1/ 8 Teaspoon ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons water

Directions for Cooking

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C). Grease 8 muffin cups or use paper liners.

Step 2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Mix all the other ingredients into the eggs, and pour the mix into the muffin cups.

Step 3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until muffins are set in the middle.
