Tropical Fruit Mango Smoothie for Breakfast



This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants, enzymes, minerals and vitamins, and packs a wallop. It just takes minutes to make, and you can drink it on the go.

Servings: 2 glasses 
Prep Time: 10 minutes 
Cooking Time: No cooking 

Ingredients 

1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup orange juice
½ cup ice cubes

Directions


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  • If needed, you can add more ice to thicken it. 
  • You can refrigerate part of this for up to two days.
