2 cups chopped kale
½ cup light unsweetened soy milk
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Directions
Thoroughly wash the kale. Blend the soy milk and kale in a blender until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend them until smooth. Now Serve.

Use ripe fruit. Unripe fruit isn’t very sweet, so it doesn’t do a good job of sweetening up your bitter greens. Unripe fruit is harder to digest than ripe fruit and isn’t as healthful.
