Kale Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss





Serves 1. Time. 10 min.

You can sub nearly any green for the dandelion.

Ingredients 
1 cup fresh kale greens
1 cup fresh dandelion greens
2 cups fresh orange juice
2 cups strawberries
2 kiwis (peeled or unpeeled)
1 banana
1 squeezed lemon

Directions 

Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables.Blend the kale, dandelion and orange juice until smooth. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth. You can optionally add ice or freeze one of the ingredients to make the drink cold.
Now Serve.
