Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 cup water
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 banana
Directions
Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables.
Blend the spinach, orange juice and water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth. If you want a cold smoothie, either substitute ice for the water or freeze at least one of the other ingredients.

Special Tips for Making Perfect Smoothies
Use ripe fruit. Unripe fruit isn’t very sweet, so it doesn’t do a good job of sweetening up your bitter greens. Unripe fruit is harder to digest than ripe fruit and isn’t as healthful.
