Needed items
2 tomatoes diced
2 teaspoons fresh parsley minced
1 clove garlic finely minced
1 teaspoon dried leaf basil Salt (optional)
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano herbs
1 can tomato paste 500g cooked shrimp (shell removed) Grated cheese
Freshly cooked spaghetti or linguini In a crockpot, combine tomatoes with parsley, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, oregano, tomato paste and a dash of salt.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
Turn control to high heat, stir in the cooked shrimp, cover and cook on high for about 15 minutes more. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese or serve it on the side.
